     There are certain exclusions. If you have a pacemaker or other neurostimulator, this may not be the right treatment for you. Also, if you are pregnant, because this device can induce labor. If you are taking blood thinners or have hemophilia, this would also present a problem due to the very tiny needles where the leads are inserted on the ear.
